What happens if an RV becomes unavailable after I've booked it?
In rare cases an RV may need to be removed from the platform after a booking is made — for example if it's involved in an accident, suffers mechanical failure, or the owner is no longer able to offer it. If this happens to your booking, your trip will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund of your rental payment and any deposit hold, regardless of the cancellation policy tier shown on the listing. We'll notify you by email as soon as this happens.
